Pet Deposit: $400, $150 non-refundable

Pet Rent: $35 per month per pet

Fees

Processing Fee: $110

City Inspection Fee: $90

Application Fee: $40 per adult

Liability Insurance: $14.00 per month

*waived if you have proof of your own renter's insurance

 The Fairmont pays for Trash, Water, Sewer, and Gas(Hot Water).
